Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products being made-to-order baked goods, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled, picked up, or delivered.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

• Cancellations made within 10 days of fulfillment are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients, scheduling, and production have already begun.

Custom Orders

• Custom designs are created by hand and may vary slightly from inspiration photos. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept artistic interpretation.
  

Order Issues
