Terms of Service

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Custom Orders & Design Expectations

  • Custom cookies are handcrafted and artistic by nature. While we do our best to match inspiration photos, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.

  • Minor variations in color, design, or detail are normal and do not constitute defects.

  • Once a custom order is approved and placed, changes are not guaranteed and may not be accommodated.

Communication

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information at checkout.

  • We communicate primarily via text or email. Failure to receive communication due to incorrect contact details is not our responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by missed or unread messages.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final.

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if cancelled at least 10 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

  • Cancellations made within 10 days are non-refundable.

Pick-Up & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the scheduled time and location.

  • Once an order has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or exposure to heat after delivery.

Allergens

  • Our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs and wheat.

  • We are a nut-free kitchen.

Order Issues

  • Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

  • Claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for review.

Refusal of Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
